Freida Winfield

Freida Winfield has worked in the business development and proposal management field for over a decade. Freida began their career in 2010 as a Proposal Manager at W.M. Schlosser, where they developed strategies that resulted in high-quality proposals and managed proposal volumes. In 2015, Freida joined BCT Partners, where they served as a Business Development Manager and Business Development Support Specialist. In these roles, they successfully identified opportunities for BCT to bid on proposal requests, established and managed proposal project plans, conducted market research, and developed business strategies.

Freida Winfield obtained their High School Diploma from Crossland High School in 2000.
