Ruben Smits is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in project management, sports training, and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Project Manager at BCT, Ruben has extensive experience at the NSA as a Docenttrainer and at KNWU as an Official and Expert for cycling training. Additionally, Ruben has held leadership and advisory positions at Prometheus Group, The Move Factory, and Huis voor de Sport Limburg, demonstrating expertise in sports policy development and team management. With a solid foundation in education, holding two Bachelor's degrees from Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Dance Teaching and Movement Expertise, Ruben is committed to fostering sports and recreation initiatives at various levels.
