Lisa Baron

Lisa Baron is an experienced executive with a long tenure at BCU, where Lisa has held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer since July 1985. Prior to this role, Lisa served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Lisa holds a Master of Business Administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, obtained between January 2003 and January 2005, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Eastern Illinois University, earned from January 1981 to January 1984.
