Warren Iskowitz is currently the Sr. Director of Talent Management at BCU, a position they have held since 2023 after serving as the Director of Talent Management from 2016 to 2023. Prior to this, Warren managed customer care at ASAP Software/Dell from 2006 to 2008 and led teams in inside sales at ASAP Software from 2003 to 2006. They also gained experience as a Sr. Manager of Talent Management at Baxter Healthcare from 2011 to 2012 and held various roles in talent management at BCU. Warren earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Louisville between 1992 and 1997.
