Rupert Newman is a commercial and transformational Board Level Executive with over 25 years of experience across various disciplines and sectors. Rupert has held key positions including Senior Format Operations Manager at Boots UK, Retail Operations Director at McKesson UK, and Chief Retail Officer at The Midcounties Co-operative. Currently, Rupert is the founder of Stronger Humans Coaching and Consulting Limited and Open Hand Sourcing Limited, and serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for IAM RoadSmart and BCUSU. Rupert is also pursuing further education at Henley Business School.
