Brian Newar

Brian Newar has a diverse work experience in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry. Brian is currently the Content Marketing Lead at BCW Group, where they develop and executes content strategies for incubated startups. Previously, they co-founded and served as Chief Editor of TheNews.asia, a news media platform focused on promoting integrity in the Korean blockchain market. Brian has also worked as a Journalist at Cointelegraph and as a Global Strategist at Xangle.io. Brian co-founded and served as COO of Chains.Asia and Crypto of Korea, networking brokerages that aim to share Korean news, ICOs, and the fintech community globally.

Brian Newar obtained a Master's degree in International Relations from Sogang University from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in History with a minor in Psychology from DePaul University. In addition, they have received certifications in cloud technology from Google Cloud Asia Pacific and in time management from LinkedIn.
