André Scheepers

André Scheepers has extensive work experience in network engineering and administration. André started their career in 1996 as a Retail Cashier at SPAR South Africa. In 1997, they worked as a Call Center Representative and then transitioned to the role of Voice Administrator at EDS Group in 1998.

In 2002, André joined the Standard Bank Group as a Voice Analyst and later became a Senior Network Engineer. André provided 3rd level diagnostics and support for the bank's Cisco core and branch networks, ensuring network and service availability. André also implemented security measures to protect the network infrastructure and maintained IPsec tunnels.

In 2012, André joined Business Connexion as a Principal Network Engineer. André was responsible for providing 3rd level diagnostics and support for BCX customers, installing and configuring Cisco network devices, troubleshooting and supporting Cisco ASA and FTD, administering and supporting Cisco ISE and DNA center, and designing and supporting Cisco call management services.
