Arnold Beyleveld

Arnold Beyleveld is currently the Lead for Communication, Change, and Culture at BCX, where they are responsible for managing all change and communication strategies during organizational redesign. With extensive experience in human resources, change management, and training development, they have held previous roles, including Group Manager at Business Connexion and Senior Training and Development Consultant at Volkswagen South Africa. Arnold's academic background includes a PhD in Human Resources Development from the University of Johannesburg and a Master of Philosophy from Rand Afrikaans University. They are committed to mentoring youth and fostering effective teamwork within organizations.
