Brandon Carter is a seasoned IT specialist with extensive experience in application development and change management systems, currently serving as the lead developer and analyst for BCX since April 2017. Brandon has been with Telkom SA since 2004, contributing to significant projects such as the SLIM (Service Level Information Management) initiative and the integration of systems within the organization. Previous roles at Telkom include working on the Clarify CRM and developing interfaces between billing and CRM systems as a junior developer. Brandon holds degrees in Business and Systems Analysis and Advanced Business Analysis from the University of Pretoria, as well as an ND in Information Technology from Port Elizabeth Technikon.
