Colleen Bailey

Colleen Bailey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Scrum methodology and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at BCX since July 2023, Colleen previously held the position of Specialist Scrum Master at Absa Group from May 2022 to August 2023. Prior to that, Colleen accumulated valuable experience as a Debtors Administration Manager and Scrum Master at Bayport Financial Services, where responsibilities included overseeing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in Jira using Agile methodology. Colleen also worked as a Business Systems Analyst, bringing a diverse skill set to the field after completing education at Wordsworth High School.
