David Anthony

David Anthony is a seasoned professional in business process improvement and IT engagement, currently serving as a Senior Business Consultant at BCX since April 2017. In this role, David focuses on developing business strategies, optimizing processes for operational efficiency, and conducting benchmarking analysis to improve competitive positioning. Previously, David held the position of Senior Manager for IT Business Engagement and Service Delivery, where responsibilities included managing relationships between Group IT and various business lines, establishing service level agreements, and overseeing project delivery to ensure value realization. Prior to BCX, David was the Head of Department for Group IT at Telkom, concentrating on business transformation and strategic alignment between IT services and business objectives. David holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Business Administration and Management from Durban University of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
