David Foley has extensive experience in service management, currently serving as a Service Executive in the Service Integration Management division at BCX since February 2006, focusing on the Commercial, Health, and Technology sectors. In previous roles, David held senior managerial positions, ensuring the delivery of contracted services according to established service level agreements, with a strong emphasis on IBM and Microsoft platforms for clients across Southern Africa. Prior to BCX, David worked as a Contract Manager at Centricity, part of the Grintek Group, where responsibilities included managing contracted services and developing new business with major clients such as Compass Group and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals.
