Ella Engelbrecht has extensive experience in marketing and customer experience management, currently serving as a Marketing Communications Specialist at BCX since September 2017. Responsibilities include driving marketing strategies, managing public relations, and overseeing digital marketing initiatives. Prior roles at BCX encompass Innovations Specialist, Product Portfolio Manager, Marketing Operations Specialist, and Executive of Customer Experience Management.
