Erica Bailey

Erica Bailey has extensive experience in sales account management and operations, currently serving as an Ops Specialist at BCX since January 2015, where responsibilities include managing client relationships and aligning expectations for mutually beneficial partnerships. Previously, Erica held the position of Sales Coordinator, assisting the sales team with administrative tasks and serving as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries. From April 2005 to January 2015, Erica worked at KWV as a Planner, focusing on scheduling, inventory management, and communication across departments to ensure timely product delivery. Earlier, from April 2002 to April 2004, Erica was a Capital Clerk at Namakwa Sands, responsible for financial tracking and budget management of mining project expenditures. Erica holds a diploma in Administration from Vredendal Senior Secondary School.
