Service Integration Manager

Jay Joynt is an experienced professional in service integration and project management, currently serving as the Service Integration Manager at BCX since April 2015, following a role as Services Supervisor. Prior to this, Jay worked at Business Connexion from September 2010 to September 2013 as Team Lead and Senior Customer Engineer, focusing on end-user computing applications and departmental leadership. Jay's educational background includes a Management and Leadership degree from the University of Stellenbosch Business School, a System Support Engineer qualification from Durban University of Technology, and IT Engineering training from the Computer Training Institute.
