Jones Morwe

Jones Morwe is an experienced Network Controller with a strong background in managing and maintaining customer networks proactively. Currently employed at Business Connexion since November 2016, responsibilities include ensuring quality repairs, facilitating speedy service restoration, conducting client communications, and compiling fault reports. Previously, Jones served in a similar capacity at Telkom SA SOC Limited from February 2012 to November 2016. Early experience as a Network Technician at Taletso FET College involved configuring and installing end-user hardware and resolving IT-related incidents. Jones holds degrees in Telecommunication Systems and IT & Computer Science from the Telkom Centre for Learning and Taletso FET College, respectively, complemented by a Matric completion focused on Mathematics and Science.
