Kumen Reddy

Kumen Reddy is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in sales and management across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Head of the Huawei Business Unit at BCX since October 2023, Kumen previously held the position of Senior Sales Manager at H3C from January to September 2023. Kumen's career at Altron Nexus spanned from February 2020 to December 2022, where responsibilities included leading Enterprise Solutions, Broadband, and Operations for LCX Broadband. Before that, Kumen was the Managing Director at Redakk Infrastructure Services (Pty) Ltd from September 2015 to June 2017 and served as CEO of Redakk (Pty) Ltd from February 2014 to June 2017. Kumen's educational background includes a Strategic Management Development Program from Stellenbosch Business School and an Executive Management Program focusing on Account and Sales Management from the Gordon Institute of Business Science.
