Mark Sheppard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service management and customer support within the ICT sector. Currently serving as a Senior Service Integrations Manager at BCX since August 2019, Mark previously held the position of Service Integration Manager. Mark has also contributed to Rubik Capital Holdings as a Support & Service Consultant since June 2014, and co-owned Fast Access Gate Motors from December 2012 to May 2014. Prior roles include Business Manager at Gijima for over a decade and a technical customer services role at IBM, where Mark managed client relationships and supported a range of IBM products. Mark holds an N3 Electronics degree from THS Welkom, completed between 1988 and 1992.
