Mitch Kalp

Mitch Kalp has a robust background in pre-sales and managed services within the IT sector, currently serving as Manager Pre-Sales at BCX since February 2016. In this role, Mitch focuses on providing cost estimates for RFPs, tenders, and proposals, particularly emphasizing VDI and MDM solutions based on Citrix, while also acting as Product Manager for Mimecast. Prior to this, Mitch held various roles at Business Connexion since September 2011, including responsibilities in solution design and costing for the Wintel environment and actively developing the Cloud Workspace hosted solution. Mitch's earlier experience includes technical support for a web platform and management of teams handling Microsoft SCCM, application packaging, and security updates deployment. Mitch holds a B Comm degree in Economics, Business Economics, and Information Technology from the University of the Orange Free State.
