Rafique Modack

Rafique Modack currently serves as the Regional Head of Programme & Transition Portfolio for the West Coast Region at BCX, overseeing the management of programme and transition environments to deliver tailored and integrated solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and revenue retention since April 2017. Prior to this role, Rafique Modack spent over 32 years at Telkom, progressing through various positions including Senior Manager of Service Delivery Management, where the focus was on managing service delivery for high-value customers, and Senior Global Account Manager responsible for customer relationship management, business analysis, and project coordination. Educational qualifications include studies at North-West University and Stellenbosch Business School, among other institutions.
