Ralph Cass has extensive experience in the IT field, having served at Business Connexion since 2003. Initially working as an IT Technician from 2003 to 2007, Ralph attended to user requests according to service level agreements. Since 2007, Ralph has progressed to the role of Technical Specialist, focusing on IBM Tivoli, EMC SAN Storage, INFINIDAT SAN, servers, virtualization, and EMC Datadomain.
