Michael Noll is an experienced professional in capital markets and real estate financing. Currently serving as VP of Capital Markets at BD Capital since November 2021, Noll focuses on innovative funding solutions for real estate investors. Prior to this role, Noll was a Mortgage Loan Originator at Arbor Realty Trust from 2014 to November 2021, where responsibilities included providing debt capital for the multifamily and commercial real estate sectors. Noll’s earlier experience includes positions at Macken Inc and as an Ocean Beach Park Supervisor for the City of Long Beach, as well as a Microfinance Intern at Women's World Banking. Noll holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross, complemented by study abroad in Commerce at the University of Melbourne.
