Daniel Williams is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in leading kitchen operations. Currently serving as Executive Chef at BD Group since August 2022, Daniel previously held the position of Head Chef at Hallmark Care Homes from January 2017 to August 2022. Prior to that, Daniel worked as Chef at THE ANCHOR INN for nearly a year, honing skills in various cooking techniques within a bustling pub environment. Additionally, Daniel was Head Chef at The Townhouse Bar & Kitchen, where assistance was provided in setting up the kitchen for a friend’s newly opened pub. Daniel's career began at The Barge Inn in August 2010 as a chef in training, ultimately advancing to Head Chef over the course of five years.
