Trevor Withall has held various roles in the field of learning and development, starting from his time at The Albany Secondary School to his most recent position as Lead People Partner at BD Group. He has accumulated extensive experience in creating training programs, facilitating on-site sessions, and supporting the launch of new initiatives across different industries. Currently, he is responsible for the learning and development needs of 45 stores in the East region for the world's largest Domino's franchise group. With a background in operations, management, and training, Trevor has consistently risen through the ranks, showcasing his dedication and expertise in the field.
