Katherine Santo

Katherine Santo is an experienced program manager currently working at BDA, LLC since April 2019, having progressed from program coordinator to associate program manager. Prior to BDA, Katherine served as clinic manager at Animal Hospital by the Sea, where responsibilities included coordinating daily operations and customer service in a veterinary setting. Katherine’s background also encompasses over a decade at Event Network, Inc., where roles included store director and assistant director at the Pacific Science Center, focusing on sales operations, staff development, and high-profile exhibitions. Earlier experience includes an assistant manager position at The Body Shop, handling store procedures and staff training. Katherine Santo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management and a minor in Economics from Western Washington University.
