Madeline Ferguson is an experienced professional in process improvement and sales operations, currently serving as Senior Manager of Process Improvement at BDA, LLC since July 2016, where Madeline has led initiatives enhancing the client journey across multiple departments. Previous roles at BDA included Sales Operations Manager and Account Manager, focusing on brand identity and project management. Madeline's career also includes significant positions at lululemon as a Key Leader & Community Lead, where Madeline built community relationships and organized large events, and at Duke’s Restaurant Waikiki as a Lead Server, ensuring a memorable dining experience. An accomplished athlete, Madeline competed in Division I swimming for four years while earning dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies and Nutrition, Sports, and Wellness from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
