William MacLaren

William MacLaren is an experienced IT manager with a robust background in IT service management, team leadership, and operational improvement. Currently serving as IT Manager at BDA, LLC, since February 2023, William focuses on service management and process enhancement while scaling a team to support over 1000 users.
