Sunny Ainley

Sunny Ainley, MBA has a diverse work experience in the education and business development sectors. Sunny is currently the Director of Strategy and Business Development at BData Inc, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Normandale Community College for over 17 years, where they served as the Principle Investigator/Lead for the Health IT HITECH Training Program from April 2010 to May 2023. Sunny also held the role of Associate Dean from January 2006 to May 2023. Before joining Normandale, Sunny worked at North Hennepin Community College as the Marketing Director for Continuing Education from 2004 to 2006. Overall, Sunny's work experience showcases their expertise in strategy, business development, and education.

Sunny Ainley holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. Prior to pursuing an MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in French from the University of North Dakota. Furthermore, Sunny has completed studies in French Studies at Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained a certification in Ethics in Data Analytics from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota in June 2021.
