Phil Smith

Phil Smith has extensive work experience in the legal field. Phil currently works as the Head of Litigation at BDB Pitmans, a role they have held since June 2020. Prior to this, they were a Partner at BDB Pitmans, specializing in commercial dispute resolution, technology and software licensing disputes, and property litigation. Phil was also the Training Principal, responsible for overseeing the recruitment and training of trainee solicitors. Before joining BDB Pitmans, Phil worked at Pitmans Law for over a decade, starting as a Trainee Solicitor and progressing to become a Partner.

Phil Smith completed their Law LLB degree from the University of Reading in 2003. Phil then pursued further education and obtained a LPC - Distinction from The College of Law, Guildford in 2004.
