BDD Financial Services is a trading name of Business Development Directors Limited, formed in 2020 by Irv Lyon and Francine Allen.

We provide commercial brokerage, business planning, financial modelling, consultancy and support services to growing companies who have ongoing finance requirements.

Whether you are starting up a new business, wanting to grow an existing business, or your relationship with your current lender has broken down, we are here to help.

We are experienced commercial bankers with an extensive understanding of cash-flow lending, start-up, acquisition and fit-out finance, property finance, complex company structures and rapid growth profiles.

We work closely with commercial and corporate businesses across many sectors including franchising, fast food & takeaway, hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, retail, property, manufacturing, technology, telecommunications, the arts, fashion and schools.

Our proposals, forecasting & application packs are written to answer all the questions a lender may have and enable the very best start to your finance journey.

Once your facilities are in place, we offer a range of support and consultancy services to help you meet your financial commitments, covenants and conditions.

If you would like to find out more about how we can support your business, we would love to speak to you.
