Leonel Quant

Leonel Quant is the Director de Finanzas at BDF, where they manage Treasury, Accounting, and Budget functions, as well as relationships with financial institutions, international agencies, external auditors, and rating agencies. Previously, they served as Jefe de Presupuesto at Citi from 2002 to 2008. Leonel holds several academic qualifications, including a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Banking and Finance, as well as multiple postgraduate degrees in project formulation, financial management, and investments. They obtained an MBA from Instituto Centroamericano de Administración de Empresas between 2016 and 2017.
