Alexis Atkinson

Alexis Atkinson is an experienced curriculum developer and executive producer with a strong background in education and the arts. Currently serving as a Curriculum Developer at Carnegie Hall since November 2021, Alexis designs scaffolded curricula and collaborates on program planning while also working as a Teaching Artist teaching songwriting and composition. At Ama Encore Visuals, Alexis has produced digital campaigns for song releases and organized production shoots. Previous experience includes serving as an Executive Producer for the web series "Stunted," where key responsibilities involved writing screenplays and directing episodes. Alexis also held positions as a College Counselor and Alumni Relations Officer at Sunnyside Community Services, and has internships with notable organizations like VH1 and Comedy Central. Alexis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre, American Studies, and Creative Writing from Colby College.
