John Prader

John Prader, PhD PE, is a Senior Engineer at BDI, specializing in bridge engineering with a focus on condition evaluation through structural identification and dynamic testing methods. They previously served as a Research Engineer at Drexel University, contributing to ambient vibration monitoring and forced excitation testing for long-span bridges. As a Graduate Engineer at Pennoni Associates and later as a Structural Engineer at Intelligent Infrastructure Systems, John gained extensive experience in the design and implementation of monitoring systems and evaluating the structural integrity of bridges. They hold a Master’s and a Doctorate in Structural Engineering from Drexel University.
