Mike McSweeney

Mike McSweeney is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of TriVista Capital, where they collaborate with private equity investors and executive leadership teams to facilitate M&A transactions and enhance the value of middle-market businesses. With a diverse background across various industries, including consumer products and aerospace, Mike has gained extensive global experience, overseeing projects in North America, Europe, and Asia. They began their career at ITT Industries and have held board positions at multiple companies, including Bandy Manufacturing and Aerospace Contacts LLC. Mike holds degrees in Mandarin from Dartmouth College and has completed additional professional education at Bond University and Harvard Business School.
