Andy Lawrence

Andy Lawrence is an experienced professional in operations management, currently serving as the Director of Priority Account Operations USA at BDI since November 2015. In this role, Andy leads the implementation and operational management of Priority Accounts in the US, focusing on contract implementations, supporting strategic account managers, and maintaining customer engagements in accordance with service level agreements. Prior to this position, Andy held various roles at Associated Materials, including Priority Accounts Operations Specialist and Operations Manager, managing large facilities. With a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Ohio State University and additional certifications in Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt and Mastering Excel, Andy demonstrates a strong foundation in operational efficiency and effectiveness.
