Rick Overholtzer has extensive experience in sales and customer service across multiple industries, currently serving in a dual role at MSC Industrial Supply Co. since April 2023. Previous roles include a sales position at BDI since 2017, where responsibilities encompassed servicing existing customers and managing product quotations. Rick's background also includes a Senior Staff Service Clerk position at the Administrative Office of the Courts in Washington and roles in retail supervision at Great Wolf Lodge. With a history of effective customer service and operational management, Rick has also had significant experience in facilities management and customer service sales throughout various companies, including Applied Industrial Technologies and Coldwell Banker Bain.
