Ryan Sheppard is the bdna Group CEO, with over 28 years of delivery experience in commercial and public sectors across Australia and internationally. They completed their formal qualifications in computing and management from Monash University. They worked with Police, Forensic, Health, Legal, Not for Profit and Transport industries delivering transformations that benefited the community, including some of the world’s largest programs of change. They mentor and guide bdna team members and clients to achieve their personal and professional goals. Bdna includes bdnaTec, its software development and support arm, which sells, implements, and supports the bdna forensic-register, an essential tool for the disruption and prevention of crime throughout Australia.
