David Ward

David Ward is a seasoned corporate finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Partner in Corporate Finance at BDO in Australia since August 2019, David previously held the position of Senior Partner in Corporate Finance at Crowe Horwath Australia, where leadership included managing the M&A service line in Australasia and advising on numerous significant transactions. Prior to that, David founded and served as the Managing Director of Credo Advisory Partners Pty Ltd, a boutique corporate advisory firm. David's career also includes a lengthy tenure at EY, where responsibilities encompassed leading the M&A business in Queensland and participating in national and global M&A leadership initiatives.
