Gary Poon

Gary Poon is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in corporate and international tax advisory services. Currently a Partner at BDO since August 2012, Gary provides tax solutions to a diverse range of clients, including private and listed companies, from the Melbourne office. Prior to joining BDO, Gary served as a Tax Manager at PKF Chartered Accountants & Business Advisers from January 2007 to July 2012, during which PKF became part of the BDO network. Earlier in his career, Gary worked as an Accountant at Benson Partners Chartered Accountants and as an Undergraduate Tutor at the University of Melbourne. Gary holds a Master of International Tax and dual Bachelor degrees in Commerce and Information Systems from the University of Melbourne.
