Mark Harrington has extensive experience in project finance, economic consulting, and infrastructure advisory roles, having held significant positions at various organizations since 1999. Notable roles include Commercial & Finance Director at Innisfree Group Limited, Managing Director at Project Finance Advisory Limited, and Principal at Deloitte, where responsibilities encompassed financial modeling, project feasibility, and advising on public-private partnerships. Harrington's expertise also extends to advising government and industry clients on infrastructure projects, economic studies, and regulatory reforms.
