Max Lipscombe has extensive experience in coaching and auditing, alongside a background in retail and food services. From February 2020 to February 2025, Max served as the Head Coach of the Honours Boys Volleyball team at Holland Park State High School, focusing on advanced skill development and training. Concurrently, a role as a Sales Floor Team Member at Woolworths was held from June 2022 to January 2024. Max contributed to the audit industry as a Vacationer at BDO in Australia, learning valuable skills before accepting a graduate role in January 2024. Additionally, Max coached the U19 Division 1 team at South Brisbane Wolves Volleyball Club, achieving a bronze medal finish, and gained culinary experience as a Chef - Cook Trainer at KFC from October 2020 to June 2022. Educationally, Max is pursuing a Chartered Accountant program and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Queensland.
