Roger Petersen

Roger Petersen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and program management across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Head of the Enterprise Program Management Office at BDO since April 2019, Roger is responsible for leading project delivery in alignment with strategic goals. Prior to BDO, Roger held several key positions at Brisbane City Council from September 2010 to March 2019, including Manager of Customer Innovation, Planning and Projects, and Manager of the ICT Portfolio Management Office, overseeing the development and implementation of the ICT strategy. Earlier experience includes roles at Queensland Health from October 2005 to September 2010, where Roger managed the Corporate Services Division Portfolio Management Office and the Project Management Office. Roger holds a Diploma in Project Management from the University of New England and a background in Business, Commerce, and IT from CQUniversity.
