Stephen Seear

Stephen Seear is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, valuations, due diligence, project finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as the Partner in Charge of Deal Advisory at BDO in Melbourne since November 2017, Stephen has been with BDO in Australia since January 2012, holding positions as Partner and Executive Director of Corporate Finance. Prior to joining BDO, Stephen was an Associate Director at KPMG Corporate Finance from July 2007 to December 2011 and worked as a Manager in Transfer Pricing at KPMG from March 2002 to June 2007. Stephen holds a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Commerce degree with concentrations in Accounting, Economics, and Finance from Deakin University.
