Bernd Spohn

Bernd Spohn is a Partner and Financial & Regulatory Services professional at BDO Austria GmbH, specializing in the auditing and consulting of banks and securities service providers. Previously, they served as a board member of the Austrian Cooperative Association from 1999 to 2015, where they were responsible for auditing cooperatives and managing risk. Bernd began their career at KPMG Alpen-Treuhand Gesellschaft mbH, advancing to the role of Senior Manager before transitioning to the cooperative sector. They graduated with a Mag. rer. soc. oec. in Business Administration from WU (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien) in 1988.
