Carlos Dauer is a finance and auditing professional with over 18 years of experience in accounting audit, internal audit, corporate finance, and internal controls across various sectors including services, agribusiness, and retail. They have served as a Senior Audit Manager at BDO Brazil and as Director of Controller at Alares Internet, where they led initiatives for IPO preparations and corporate restructuring.
