Andy Bean

Andy Bean has extensive experience in investment and corporate development across various industries. As a Growth Equity Investor at TPG Global from April 2015 to June 2018, Bean focused on partnering with companies utilizing innovative business models and technologies to mitigate environmental impact. Prior to this, Bean served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Harris Williams & Co., specializing in sell-side M&A for middle market energy, power, and renewables companies. From July 2013 to March 2015, Bean worked as a Private Equity Investor at Platte River Equity, targeting investments in middle market companies within energy, industrials, and agriculture. After a tenure in corporate M&A and strategy at Apple from July 2019 to June 2024, Bean transitioned to BDO Capital Advisors, currently holding the position of Managing Director. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a second major in History from the University of Virginia.
