Torben Pedersen

Torben Pedersen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and advisory roles. Currently serving as an Advisory Council Member at BDO Latvia since May 2018, Torben is also a Board Member at Electronic House UAB and has held the position of Chairman of the Audit Committee at AS Latvenergo since December 2012. Additionally, Torben represents stakeholders at Vilnius International School and has been involved in various leadership roles, including Chairman of the Board at Baltic Engineers and Board Member positions in organizations such as the Danish Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania and Rus-Agro Team A/S. With an academic background that includes a Master's degree in Business Economics and Auditing from Aarhus School of Business and a State Authorized Public Accountant qualification, Torben Pedersen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the fields of finance and corporate management.
