Bernard Tan

Bernard Tan is an Executive Director at BDO ASEAN, where they have been since 2015. Their extensive experience includes corporate and debt restructuring, special administration, receiverships, and liquidations, and they have a background in mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, and share valuations. Before joining BDO, Bernard served as Vice President at OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad from 2014 to 2015 and as Director of Restructuring at KPMG Malaysia from 1998 to 2014. Bernard holds a Bachelor of Business in Economics & Finance and a Master of Finance, both from RMIT University.
