Marco Pot

Marco Pot has over 26 years of experience in local and regional governance in an advisory role, with extensive knowledge of the public sector. Currently serving as a Partner in Management Consulting at BDO, Marco contributes to the development and innovation of municipalities and provinces through research, advice, and implementation. Previously, Marco held significant positions, including Senior Manager in the Public Sector at Deloitte Nederland and Business Controller at Gemeente Bergambacht. Marco's educational background includes a Bachelor of Public Management from NHL Hogeschool and further studies in Bestuurskunde at Leiden University.
