Simone Schoof

Simone Schoof is an Agile Coach and People Manager at BDO Nederland, where they promote agile practices within the Digital Technology Service department. With previous experience as a consultant at Dux Group and a junior project leader at ICTU, Simone has supported various initiatives related to data-driven work. They also served as an intern in Security Management at Universiteit Leiden, where they contributed to research on knowledge security. Simone holds a Master of Science in Crisis and Security Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology, both from Universiteit Leiden.
